You're probably right that it would make sense to unify this from an API perspective as well. But first, let's see if we can simplify the wording.
おそらくAPI的な面から見ても統一したいのだろうとは思いました、まず文章をシンプルにしたほうが良さそうです
どんぐりシステムには、UPLIFTのメールアドレスとパスワードを使用してログインできます。また、登録されたどんぐり警備員アカウントを使用してどんぐりシステムにログインすることもできます。
