The cannons used to be able to stop the vandalism robots before the "削除依頼" were confirmed by management, but they are speeding up again.
They take a week to a month to confirm three deletion requests by snail.
The destruction robots are diligent and digest one thread in 3 days, not in time.

下げる

一般人への乱射ハンターが１人暴れても、レベル1つならそこまで影響はないでしょう。
Could you at least lower the level by one level for the first cannonball?
The script has a lot of 警備員[Lv.1][新芽], so it's effective to shoot them even if they appear.
