あ、それはオレも書き忘れたと思ったけど…
でも結局、上限固定の変速モードにするにはDレンジで走り始めてその後、パドル操作という手順に
なる。
停止時にパドルを操作しても、設定できるギアは1か2のみ。
つまり1速発進にするか、2速発進にするかしか選べない。
その後は、右パドルボタンを長押しにして、上限固定モードを解除するか、
手動でギアをアップしていくしかない。
この方法では、CでもSでも1速、2速発進が選べるから、CがDレンジで1速発進か2速発進かは
判別できない。
