This thread is for publishing the administrator(=Jim-san)'s thinkings and opinions.
Jim-san can use this thread for publishing his own opinions and thinkings
by using cap of "Apparently admin ★".
And all of BBSPINK users can use this thread for asking Jim-san's thinking.
The instructions is as follows:
1) Someone BBSPINK users writes a question in Japanese at this thread.
2) 79 translates it officially to English and posts it using her handle "Nark ★".
3) Jim-san answers it in English by using "Apparently admin ★" handle.

There has never been a prohibition on bbspink for adults over the age of 18 accessing it.
There has been over 21 on the front, only because I was to lazy to edit it. I am not certain of
the law in Japan but in the US at the age of 18 you are an adult. The drinking age in the US
is 21 years, but that could be changed if enough 18 year olds, took the time to vote. They
don't though. Actually in my opinion it should be 25, younger than that are only good for
fucking and fighting. Even the insurance companies in the US make this distinction and
charge more for insurance if you are under the age of 25. We will follow the law. I always
have.

The use of an adult site seems to be possible more than 18 years old in Japan.
Drinking and smoking are older than 20 years old.

Goddess type posts are clearly ok by US law. Whether they violate
Japanese law and where they are posted is not my concern.
I would hope that the goddess that posts her picture would take
enough precauion that he or she or heshe will not get in trouble in
their locale. If their post reaches a server that I own, it will be
potected speach unless it violates the law here in San Francisco.
BBSpink is definately the appropriate place for goddess posts. It is
an adult only bbs, and the people reading it are adults, and
should expect some explicit material. If reading bbspink violates
the law in your locale, I am sorry for you, and hope that your laws

The blog is online now, and has Japanese as the default. I am hoping it
will be a success. There are many new plans for it, we even tested a chat
for it, worked pretty good but kept crashing the server, so that is turned
off temporarily. I have been posting to it almost everyday, and am
writing things on my mind and being honest in it and having fun.
This could be a very cool tool and fun thing. I hope it gets success.
