The Daily Life of Gay Taro
Gay Taro, a socially awkward shut-in unable to hold a job, is despised by his father. To cope with his loneliness and earn money, he sells his body to a man as old as his father. This choice stems partly from his belief that he's too unattractive to appeal to men his own age. He has an older brother who surpasses him in every way. For instance, Gay Taro's memory is so poor that he can barely retain the vocabulary from his high school English textbook. Consequently, he only managed to enter a third-rate university, where simply being able to write your name is enough to pass the entrance exam. Meanwhile, his older brother graduated from a prestigious university.

訳の出来がものすごく良くて原著者も英語版を勧めてる 。
あとがきに書いてあると思うけど日本語版は英語版をベースに中国語版をミックスしてるらしい。
