アメリカで中絶事情の記事だが常識としてRoe vs. Wadeを知り必要がある。
これは中絶が憲法で認められた権利であるという旧判決が1923年に覆った判決。
結果中絶の権利は州の判断に任せることになった。
結果州法で中絶を禁止することもできるようになったがこれには幅がある。
近年中絶クリニックの経営は厳しくどんどんつぶれている。
インフレによる費用の上昇と2022年の判決直後の盛り上がりが冷えてきて支援者がくたびれてきたという
二つの理由が大きい。
